Shipping Policy

We currently ship throughout Europe.

– Free shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands on orders over €100
– Free shipping in the rest of Europe on orders over €150

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically take 2–7 business days within the EU.

Please note that during busy seasons or sale periods, processing and delivery may take a little longer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pup to be happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:
– Unused and in their original condition
– In their original packaging

To start a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send it back.

Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive the returned item.
