3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship throughout Europe.
– Free shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands on orders over €100
– Free shipping in the rest of Europe on orders over €150

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Delivery times depend on the destination but usually take 2–7 business days within the EU.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside Belgium may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Returns & Exchanges
